Zsófia Aszódi
WORK EXPERIENCE
Zsófia graduated at ELTE BTK in 1996, then graduated at Budapest Business School in 2001 as a quality expert in Total Quality Management. Zsófia is a co-founder and owner of Resultator, a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean expert. She has got his Black Belt and Lean Champion certification during her years at General Electric, where she led DMAIC and LEAN-based process organization projects, and worked as a Six Sigma and Lean trainer
In recent years, she has led process improvement and process management projects at several major international banks. Her projects are very broad in focus, including: Improving Retail, SME and Corporate Lending; Development of recovery processes; Optimization of retail real estate loans and account management processes; BPMS (Busines Process Management System) and Lean organization development in a number of banking areas, back offices and call centers.
Zsófia has significant coaching experience and many years of professional experience in multinational environment. She speaks English, German and Finnish at a conversational level. In 2017/18, as a Business Coach, she continued her training at the GROW Group EMCC accredited integrative coach training. She can use the knowledge gained there to support leaders in Lean organization development.
