Norbert Varró

WORK EXPERIENCE

He graduated at the Technical University of Budapest and then within the MBA program studied Technology Management at the Case Western Reserve University. Norbert is one of the founders and owners of Resultator.

His first employment was in GE Tungsram in Budapest, Hungary and Cleveland, US, where he finished the GE Manufacturing Management Program.

He completed his Six Sigma Black Belt curriculum in GE’s second wave in 1995, then changed industries to become Master Black Belt (internal quality consultant) in GE Finance Budapest Bank in 1997.

From 2003 he became the Quality Leader of Banca Intesa CIB Bank where he built the Quality organization and developed the quality strategy of the bank.

In 2006, following the merger of the Italian parent banks – Banca Intesa and San Paolo – Norbert led the merger of the Hungarian subsidiaries – CIB Bank and IEB. Using the methodology which was developed by him, an effective analysis of the criticality of the processes was achieved and making their overlays visible (Process Atlas)

In 2007 he co-founded Resultator Ltd with the aim of developing and executing a financial and service sector specific Office Lean methodology. Each year, Resultator has increased the number of its clients and now it is a recognized Lean training and process improvement expert in the financial sector.

He is specialized in IT processes transformations and redesign based on ITIL methodology and approach. Besides this Norbert has significant training experience with many years of professional practice in multinational environment. She speaks English and Bulgarian fluently.
