Gergely Szalai
WORK EXPERIENCE
He has been working in a Quality role since 2001 and participated in Lean deployment at General Electric (GE EOS/ Genpact). Gergely is one of the co-founders of Resultator.
He led numerous DMAIC-based outsourcing, managed implementation of migration of processes from abroad to Hungary, and worked 3 years at CIB Bank Hungary where introduced an automated fact-based human resource capacity calculation method which visualize the capacity of operations (ca. 600 people).
Gergely leads Lean transformations in the financial and service industry, delivered a significant number of LEAN process development projects, and held Lean / Six Sigma trainings for various clients such as OTP Bank, Generali, Raiffeisen Bank, Genertel, Erste Bank, Hoffman-La Roche (Basel) and Roche Service SSC.
Gergely has significant training experience with many years of professional practice in multinational environment. He speaks English, German and Dutch fluently.
