Our company, Resultator Ltd has been created in 2007 having as purpose to work out a new kind of Service Lean and Six Sigma methodology already used with great success on the industry. Our new principles are specialised to support and make more efficient the service sector.
Several years of our experience in the quality management field are the guarantee for our clients that we are not going to waste their time with spectacular but unnecessary tools, but always considering just the most efficient solutions, and suggesting changes which are making them more competitive, and even best-in-class.
Our strategy is to involve our clients employees in the whole correction process and we acquaint with them our toolset during the training. After providing the training, we practice with them the learned tools in the daily usage until they become part of their daily work.
Based on the results we have until now, the new Lean Six Sigma methodology we worked up and continuously refined in the course of the daily application, proved itself successful in the service industry and office processes, showing significant tangible results.
